Greet all arriving and departing guests in a courteous manner
Handle guest enquires
Ensure the highest standard of customer service is extended to all hotel guests
Requirement:
Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferably in hospitality industry
Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
Good in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
Detail oriented, independent and able to handle challenges
Good at computer skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel, etc.)
Knowledge of PMS system is an advantage
Fresh graduates will also be considered
