DNA Recruit Partners is partnering with a leading multinational technology solutions provider to invite energetic and detail-minded talents to join their dynamic team in Fo Tan. Successful candidates will be employed under DNA Recruit Partners and stationed at the client’s office, contributing to various business support functions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating projects and sales-related activities, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution.
• Support the preparation of documents, proposals, reports, and quotations for internal use and client communication.
• Maintain and update records of projects, sales transactions, and client information systematically.
• Monitor project timelines, sales pipelines, and deliverables; provide regular updates to internal teams.
• Facilitate effective communication between internal departments, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Organize meetings, prepare necessary materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Identify any potential project or sales issues, escalating them where necessary and offering solutions.
• Handle ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, sales support, or administration will be an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• A proactive team player with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
