What you’ll do

• Liaise, communicate, and coordinate with clients / contractors / in-house technicians to perform daily work arrangement and on-site inspections to ensure the quality and progress of works
• Assist in preparation of technical proposal, tender, and quotation relevant documents
• Handle engineering problems in Building Service systems
• Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Key qualifications

• Degree Holder in Building Services Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical or related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience in E&M operation of air conditioning, mechanical and electrical facilities

Personal skills you excel

• Experience in sizable air-conditioning/ HVAC system will be an added advantage
• Knowledge and proven experience in Data Centre solutions or system integrator business is preferable
• Strong sense of accountability, result oriented and customer focused
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Project Engineer
• Immediately available is highly preferred
