Looking for a Leasing Trainee/Leasing Assistant to join our group!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in renewal negotiation
• Conduct research and analyze market trends 
• Perform leasing administration and prepare leasing reports
• Any other ad-hoc duties

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fresh graduates or recent graduates with less than 3 years working experience 
• Enjoy working in a fast paced and challenging environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work with different stakeholders effectively
• Good PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing)
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
