Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate with client & subcontractors.
• Responsible in planning, organizing with site works
• Monitor & supervise the site progress

Qualification and experience

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent
• Minimum 5 year post qualification experience in building maintenance organization
• Experience in Housing maintenance is preferable
• Independent and self-motivated
