Responsibilities:

  • Handle leasing and portfolio management of the Bank’s property portfolios and explore business opportunities in real estate field to cope with the Bank’s business strategies. To organize space planning, space allocation and internal charging for Bank owned spaces.
  • Deal with new letting and lease renewal of shops, offices, ATM & signages.
  • Maintain good relationship with landlords, estate agents and internal customers.
  • Negotiate lease terms and conditions with landlords, tenants and estate agents for leased and owned properties of the Bank.
  • Handle acquisition and disposal of properties for the Bank
  • Organize space planning, space allocation and internal charging for Bank owned spaces.
  • Review and comment on tenancy agreements and/or other document in order to meet the Bank’s requirement.
  • Maintain and monitor the bank-owned properties in good condition and fit for bank use.
  • Monitor records of the entire Bank’s leased & self-owned properties and keep abreast with latest property market information.
  • Ensure the subordinates comply with relevant compliance (especially AML related) requirements
  • Monitor the service quality of subordinates and ensure they have follow the bank’s procedures.
  • Assist, update and make recommendation to the HRE / SLM in property related issues.
  • Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, especially AML/TF related requirements, and carry out duties with high integrity; and
  • Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work

Requirements:

  • University graduate preferably in Estate Surveying or related disciplines;
  • Holder of Estate Agent’s Licence (Individual) preferred;
  • Preferable 5 years experience in sales and leasing of Hong Kong properties with at least 2 years at supervisory level cover the following:
  • Sound knowledge of Conveyancing and Property Ordinance, Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance and other related statutory regulations;
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills;
  • Self-motivated, independent and responsible;
  • Good PC skills in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
