Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing the management of outdoor sports facilities to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to support the maintenance and repair of sports equipment and facilities.
  • Supervise a support team consisting of technicians and cleaners, assisting in task assignments to ensure efficient resource utilization and timely completion of work..
  • Monitor and track maintenance activities, including equipment servicing, repairs, and replacements, to guarantee that all facilities are well-maintained.
  • Implement and enforce cleaning protocols to maintain a clean and hygienic environment throughout the sports centre.
  • Assist in managing the inventory of equipment, supplies, and materials necessary for sports events and facility operations.
  • Help develop and implement procedures to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized services and support as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovations in sports facility management and event logistics.
  • Prepare management reports to inform decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Act as a sports ambassador for GO PARK Sports, promoting the organization and its values in various contexts.

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations support, logistics, or facility. management within a sports or events environment. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Executive role.
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about a wide variety of sports.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and active, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external contractors.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to supervise and motivate a technical team.
  • Knowledge of sports facility operations, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness protocols.
  • Commitment to continuous service improvement and operational excellence.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
