We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable HR Manager to oversee comprehensive HR operations. This role is pivotal in driving talent acquisition strategies, managing HR processes, and fostering an engaging workplace culture across international markets.

Description

  • Manage and execute full-cycle recruitment efforts, with a focus on overseas markets in the United States and SEA, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

  • Oversee HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, to support a diverse and global workforce.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices to promote efficiency and scalability.

  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, contributing to organizational growth.

  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement, wellness programs, and DEI initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with local and international employment laws and regulations.

  • Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.

Profile

  • Proven experience in an all-rounded HR role with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition in global markets, especially the United States and SEA.

  • Previous experience in startup environments and global corporations is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of HR compliance requirements and labor laws in multiple regions.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
