Background:

 

CTF Life is looking for a Digital Lead to join us in our Digital Transformation journey to create, manage and enhance successful digital products that 1) improve operation efficiency, 2) increase customer satisfaction and 3) drive business growth. This Digital Lead plays a crucial role in the development and management of our digital products and services as well as serving as a cornerstone to build our future collaboration model across the organisation.

What the role is?

  • Serve as a change agent to drive enterprise wide digital, core and workforce transformation that aligns with corporate’s and Digital & Technology’s (D&T) strategy.
  • Promote, create and sustain a model for one-team collaboration across the organization (HK D&T, HK business and SZ IT hub) to operate BAU and project delivery.
  • Partner with leadership team members and business stakeholders to create and execute transformation and change management strategies. Focus on identifying opportunities in the Life Operation domain, defining initiatives and roadmap with business stakeholder to support their strategy.
  • Build and manage a highly efficient cross-functional team to support priority projects and initiatives such as Ease of Doing Business, New Business Transformation, Claims Transformation, One Digital Service Platform, and many more.
  • Manage a cross-functional team to define product roadmap, business case preparation, feature grooming, prioritization, solution design, development, testing, release management, go-to-market, change implementation, post-launch support, analysis and retrospective.
  • Understand industry trends, business strategies and OKR, and translate objectives into solutions and innovations to achieve target business benefits.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring timely, quality delivery, and within budget. Manage, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues.
  • Identify and drive team efficiency improvements.
  • Promote a growth mindset and change culture within and across teams.

 

What we look for?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, or Information Management
  • 10+ years of digital product management, digital transformation experience, and delivery experience
  • Minimum 5-years of experience in the financial or insurance industry, preferably with experiences in Life Operations
  • Proven experience in end-to-end digital product management and product delivery, preferably in financial or insurance products
  • Strong strategic vision and innovative mindset. Always think outside the box
  • Strong interpersonal skills with people up, down and across
  • Strong team player with ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Self-motivated and outcome driven
  • Fluent in verbal and written Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
