Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with account opening, closing, and maintenance.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services including loans, mortgage, insurance and credit cards.
• Achieve sales targets for deposits, loans, and other banking products.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract new customers.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in banking, customer service, insurance or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• IIQE 1, 2 and 3 is highly preferable
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
