Customer Service Advisor, Call Centre (16.5K ~ 18K)
Contract Customer Service Advisor (Call Centre) – Insurance, Non-Sales
From ASAP - Mar 31 2026. Subject to extension for 1 year.
Basic Salary $16,500 - $18,000/month
Attendance Bonus + Gratuity Bonus
Working location: San Po Kong
Monday - Friday, 5 days per week.
9 am - 6 pm (9 hours per day, including 1 hour of meal break)
Reasonable OT is required
Annual Leave: 12 days + Birthday Leave

Job Description:
Support the Pension Hotline with agency inquiries and the Employee Benefit Hotline.
Provide assistance to the Pension Hotline/Employee Benefits Hotline to meet service level requirements.
Support tasks related to certified true copies and outbound calls.
Retrieve voicemails for all hotlines.
Provide ad hoc support as needed.
Requirements:
DSE or above; fresh graduates are welcome.
Good telephone manners and communication skills.
Mature, polite, and independent.
Strong interpersonal skills and client service orientation.
Native Cantonese speaker, with a good command of Mandarin and standard English.
Able to handle emergency and high-pressure situations.
Exceptional customer service skills, with a sincere outlook and a positive attitude.
