A typical day in this role:

• Identify business clients' employer branding needs, and develop video strategies which address their goals effectively.
• Recommend and pitch creative video solutions, by creating proposals and mock references to clients.
• Coordinate video production projects, including scheduling, logistics, and liaising with production crew.
• Oversee project execution, manage resources, track budgets, and ensure the video quality exceed client expectation.
• Communicate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure clear communication and smooth project operations.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in video production, project management, or related fields.
• 4 years of experience in brand marketing and project management.
• Good understanding and knowledge on video production workflow, while with related experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• With proactive mindset, and focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment, while managing multi-projects simultaneously.
