Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the continuous compliance of all Line Maintenance packages and requirement are scheduled within the airline operating schedule in Hong Kong or outstation with minimal commercial disruption
  • Working closely with the Maintenance Repair Organisation to ensure work load are well balanced and with the agreed limit to drive the operational efficiency
  • Reviewing Aircraft seasonal flight schedule to ensure adequate maintenance ground allocated for LM inputs and liaising with Airline Planning to generate slots of Line Maintenance ad hoc requirements
  • Coordinating with Airline Integrated Operation Centre in managing and dealing with any change to the planned line maintenance tasks as a result of any ad hoc flight schedule change or operational disruption
  • Driving for continuously improvement on planning processes and systems so as to enhance the operational efficiency
  • Leading, coaching and developing the junior team member to ensure that they understand and follow company planning procedures and engineering policies. Mentor the team members to establish their career development plan based on individual work relation and development needs

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or Aircraft Maintenance Licence is preferred
  • Typically 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in aspects of aircraft maintenance planning
  • Experience of leading and delivering business process improvement
  • Experience in leading a team of engineer
  • Ability to build strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
