Responsibilities:

  • Support staff training & development and talent management programme;
  • Assist in training needs analysis and organize training programmes;
  • Provide support in staff engagement and staff relations activities;
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree / Diploma in Training and Development / HR Management or related discipline, preferably with a Bachelor Degree. 
  • Solid work experience in Training & Development and/or Human Resources related field is preferred.
  • Attention to details and accuracy, proactive and responsible. 
  • Familiar with MS Office and proficient in both Chinese and English word-processing.
  • Immediately available is highly preferable.

Working hours: 44 hours per week
