The incumbent will be responsible for providing central administration support to the sales & marketing team, assisting in the coordination of relevant sales activities and managing sales documents and arrangement to ensure efficient sales processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide all-rounded administrative assistance to the sales & marketing team
• Support sales activities by preparing documents and managing sales transactions under The Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Marketing, Surveying, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 4 - 5 years' relevant sales administrative experience in residential property sales field
• Experienced in handling investment properties will be an advantage 
• Good understanding on Hong Kong property market and The Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
• Proactive, independent and strong sense of responsibility; numeric and sensitive to figures
• Good negotiation and communication skills with proficiency in both Chinese and English
• Proficient in PC applications including MS Office and Chinese word-processing
