Responsibilities

• Develop and build a long-term relationships with customers
• Identify clients and customers' needs and match their needs with appropriate banking products and services
• Engage in sales and marketing activities to attract new clients
• Formulate Branch sales strategies to boost branch business growth
• Lead and champion changes with respect to the Bank's strategic initiatives
• Supervise the overall operation of the branch to ensure efficient and effective delivery of KPIs
• Support channels to enhance products for business growth
• Monitor the services quality and seek any opportunities for ongoing improvement

 

Requirements

• Passes in the HKSI Licensing Examinations and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in branch management
