Job Duties:

• To handle all administration work
• To set up, develop and manage department's social media plaforms, including Face Book and Instagram;
• To design publicity material including souvenirs, banners, event posters, leaflets, bulletins.  Etc. to plan, organize and implement community programmes;
• To design, produce and disseminate social media posts in various formats including text, infographic, videos, animations, script/storyboard etc;
• To assist in event coordination and management;
• To organize and assist in the distribution of publicity materials
• To plan, organize and implement community programmes;
• To explore, establish, liaise with and support the work of promotion partners;

Employment Terms

• 5 days work, Mon - Fri, 0900-1800, off on Sat, Sun and public holidays
• Overtime work or work on holidays may be required subject to operational needs, and will be compensated by time-off in lieu
• Monthly salary: $19,500
• 5 months work contract, with possibility of renewal
• Working location: Wanchai

Candidates Requirement:

• Have a Hong Kong Bachelor degree in visual art, cultural studies, journalism, communication, creative media;
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in multi-media, on line publishing, communication engagement, journalism and public relations;
• Have relevant knowledge in creating and designing social media post content and public engagement campaign for platforms such as Facebook and Instagram;
• Have strong communication, organizational and presentation skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chines;
• Well versed with social media and multi-media tools (including MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, graphic design and video edition software such as photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
