The Department

The People and Organisational Development Division leads people strategies and in collaboration with its business partners, builds an achievement culture to achieve sustainable business growth.  The department aims to ensure a fit between the people and the overall strategic direction of the Club.

The job holder will deliver high quality talent acquisition coordination services for designated business portfolios and work with the respective Talent Acquisition Recruiter on interview arrangement, follow-up on interview feedback, job opening and posting, candidate assessment administration, actively sourcing candidates and pre-screening etc. 

The job holder is expected to deliver high quality services to all business units and ensure an excellent experience for candidates throughout the process. 

The Job

You will:

  • Act as a TA coordinator to provide support to TA recruiters for the designated divisions/ functions on resourcing operations 
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers to ensure an efficient and seamless process
  • Post jobs on internal and external platforms and job boards in a timely manner to ensure speed-to-market
  • Build relationships and communicate in timely and proactive manner with respective recruiters on updates, changes and/ or issues for assigned tasks.
  • Perform with team work spirit in ensuring tasks are carried out to a high standard and completed within service level agreements (SLAs), e.g. turnaround time, accuracy and hiring manager/ candidate experience.
  • Support TA recruiters on all aspects of the recruitment cycle including the development of search plan, execution of the search and delivery to ensure successful closure within the identified time frame.
  • Directly source for candidates through the use of social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other external online candidate databases and medium. Use proactive methods to network with industry experts and professional industry related associations, in order to build ongoing passive candidate networks.
  • Screen and assess quality talent who are the best fit for the role and aligned with the Club’s culture and values 
  • Consistently and proactively communicate with TA recruiters and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process to ensure all parties involved in the hiring process are updated and well informed.
  • Support the wider team’s recruitment events and act as the Club’s ambassador to position us as an Employer of Choice and create a positive candidate experience (for both selected and non-selected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process.

About you

You should have:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, HR or related discipline
  • Prior interview coordination and candidate sourcing experience are strong plus
  • Attention to detail and excellent follow through; skilled in problem solving
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Good team player and ability to work under pressure
  • A service-oriented mind-set with excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with people at all levels within the organization and engage with external partners
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
