We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead and develop training programs for our wealth management consultants. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training initiatives, including regulatory and professional development programs, to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development & Delivery

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for wealth management consultants, including CPD and regulatory training;
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for sales teams and other stakeholders;
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements;
• Keep up to date with industry trends and explore innovative training methods, including digital and e-learning solutions;
• Collaborate with internal departments, including Business Development, to align training with business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, Wealth Management, or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training and development, preferably within the wealth management or financial services industry;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in performance tracking and reporting;
• High level of integrity, compliance awareness, and professionalism;
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both written and spoken);
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software;
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred.
