Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with HR teams to ensure smooth implementation & delivery of all HR related policies and processes related to Rewards.
Assist in the implementation of Rewards’ strategy, policies, and processes to meet business objectives within Global framework and in compliance with internal policies and statutory environment.
Assist in the review and management of employee benefits and pension. Work closely with vendors on managing cost, service standards and ensuring program effectiveness.
Assist in the development & management of year-end compensation review tool and processes to ensure the tool runs efficiently. Also, to support in the data analytical and presentation materials for the year-end compensation review process with the senior management.
Assist in the deferral awards administration on off-cycle awards set up, termination and annual acceptance process.
Support any ad-hoc Rewards initiatives or projects at both the regional and global level if required.
Job requirements:
Degree with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Human Resources or in relevant discipline in financial services industry (preferably in Asset Management or Investment Banking)
Solid regional experience is HIGHLY PREFERABLE
Strong analytical skills, hands-on & able to work independently
Well versed in Microsoft Office such as Excel and PowerPoint
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent command in English, both written and spoken is a must. Fluency in Mandarin is definitely advantage
