Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure & technology services to support HK & Macau regions.​
• Manage IT service level to ensure conformance of systems/service uptime, continuity, secure and reliability standards.​
• Manage technology products lifecycle, from evaluation, deployment, patching, upgrade to EOS/EOL replacement. ​
• Manage IT vendors to ensure products & service delivery as per corporate's requirements & standards.​
• Participate to corporate key projects to provide technology service solution and/or advice.​
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices & standards.​
• Support regular internal/external audits or regulator's query.​

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines​
• At least 8 years of IT Technical Lead / Manager experience​
• Solid experience of technical and security configuration. operation and administration in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Domain Group Policy, Networking, Virtualization, Cloud (Azure & Alibaba Cloud) and Security devices (firewall etc.) are essential.​
• Database Administration on MS SQL & Oracle Database are essential
• Familiar with the enterprise’s network information construction process and proficiency in local area network creation, maintenance, and network security technology.​
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and manage budget effectively.​
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels, both internal and external, whether they are in business or technology capacities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese including Mandarin.
