Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the role is to develop the business from assigned International Brokers account and you will be responsible for contributing the overall business growth.

Job Duties:

• Reviewing allocated cases and delivering underwriting decisions, following agreed processes at the designated authority level to secure profitable business within the agreed risk appetite.
• Building and maintaining relationships within assigned accounts. 
• Taking proactive approach to understand the customers thoroughly and able to provide customised solutions based on their needs. 
• Proactively identifying and pursuing up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise profitable revenue potential from new and renewal business and achieving agreed business targets.
• Managing customer interactions in an efficient, courteous, and timely manner to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Working closely with finance and collection team to resolve discrepancies and streamline payment processes. Proactively engage with clients regarding payment timelines and outstanding balances, fostering relationships to encourage timely payments. 
• Involving in ad-hoc projects as required.

Essential Requirements:

• 3-5 years relevant multi-lines General Insurance underwriting experience.
• Energetic, well-organized and with good interpersonal skill.
• Positive attitude with excellent ability to handle challenges.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Excellent analytical, relationship management and communication skills.
• Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
• Professional qualification in insurance preferred.
