Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage strategic partnerships in motor insurance, including warranties and roadside assistance, serving as the primary contact for issue resolution and opportunity leveraging.
-Foster profitable relationships with automotive partners through strategic planning, relationship building, and business reviews. Design and launch marketing campaigns and incentive programs to boost engagement.
-Achieve sales targets by optimizing the current business portfolio and identifying upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities.
-Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to proactively address potential threats and opportunities.
-Prepare and present performance reports, sales forecasts, and market insights to stakeholders.
-Deliver financial targets, focusing on revenue growth and profitability optimization.
-Ensure compliance with legal regulations.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-Over 8 years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management, with a proven track record in sales strategy development and revenue achievement.
-Strong understanding of local insurance practices and extensive knowledge of the Hong Kong automotive market.
-Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to drive commercial opportunities and manage negotiations.
-Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, with strong influencing skills.
-Results and customer-oriented, with a focus on delivering high service levels.
-Attention to detail and analytical skills for problem-solving.
-Professionalism, enthusiasm, maturity, and honesty in interactions.
-Respect for individual differences in the workplace.
-Experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.
