POSITION SUMMARY

TBWA\Hong Kong is looking for an Art Director to join the Creative Team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, pride yourself on attention to detail, and are able to balance the responsibilities of working collaboratively and independently, this could be the role for you. 

Responsibilities:

• Understand project requirements and concepts.
• Use various techniques to create drafts, models and prototypes.
• Generate clear ideas and concepts with team members.
• Cooperate with the rest of the teams across different types of media.
• Take responsibility for overseeing the quality control of amends in light of feedback.
• Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
• Oversee photography/motion shoots and briefing of illustrations/graphics/animations.
• Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices.
• Support in other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in marketing campaign, logo design, typography, colour, web layout design, video production, image selection, package design etc.
• Proficient use of Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design tools. 
• Portfolio is required to demonstrate creative skills.
• Capable of juggling multiple projects, sticking to deadlines and ensuring high-quality, error-free output. 
• Spoken and written English and Cantonese required
• Team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Immediate availability is highly preferable
