Responsibilities
Formulate marketing strategies and develop plans to achieve the business objectives for assigned brands
To develop new initiatives and follow through the whole product / brand development process
Monitor and analyze market competitor / consumer trending to sharpen the brand strategy and marketing programs on regular basis for management review
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, recommend to management team on marketing initiatives so as to drive sales performance
Management of social channels and developing sales channels, including IG, Facebook, Google, etc.
Work directly with a Digital Designer who implements the creatives and strategy behind our digital ad campaigns
Closely partner with cross functional team and lead the excellent execution on set plan
Liaise with creative and media agencies and production companies to assist in preparation of media plan, promotions and marketing materials
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above with minimum 5 years' Department Head experience in marketing, prior experience in F&B is preferred
Experience in market and trend analysis, product development, digital and brand building
Have AI App / Tools knowledge will be advantage
Have POS system knowledge will be advantage
Detail minded, strategic thinking, creative, excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated and good team player
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
