General Summary

• You will be developing, implementing, and managing IT strategies to support the company's sustainable business growth.
• The focus areas include IT infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, ISO27001, and compliance.
• You will act as the IT business partner of the management team to support their business needs and to improve the companies’ operating efficiency through technologies for offices in Hong Kong and Macau.
• You will work dynamically by leveraging both internal and external resources for day-to-day IT operations as well as implementing strategic IT projects. 

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, planning, execution, and maintenance of strategic IT initiatives.
• Create, enhance, maintain, and execute IT-related policies and procedures.
• Performance impact analysis, risk assessment and risk mitigation when needed.
• Overall management of IT operation, including change, project, security, documentation, asset/inventory, vendor, service desk, lifecycle, SaaS, incident, and compliance by leveraging internal and external IT support, contractors, and vendors.
• Sourcing from in-house / IT vendor / 3rd party team resources with planning to deliver IT solutions.
• Perform other duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong cybersecurity and compliance knowledge.
• Experience working in ISO27001 or similar environment.
• Able to lead and assist in the whole lifecycle of IT projects and solutions delivery, including system design, development, implementation, testing, and launch using Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, or equivalent methodology.
• Be able to plan strategically.

Experience

• At least 6 years of IT management experience.
• Experience in managing IT environment of company with over 200 employees.
• Experience and knowledge in managing business software (e.g., ERP, HRMS, CRM, Datawarehouse, etc.) implementation, enhancement, upgrade, or migration projects are an advantage.
• Experience in implementing and/or managing Microsoft M365 application suite (i.e., Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
• Experience in virtualization (e.g. VMware).
• Experience in both on-premises and cloud backup, recovery and business continuity plan.
• Experience in internal IT audit.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems or related disciplines
• Post-graduate degrees or certifications in information or management is an advantage.
• Certificates in ITIL, CISSP, CISA, CISM, or GIAC is an advantage.
