Electrical Engineer - MV/ HV

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our client's project team and contribute to the successful delivery of medium or high voltage projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a passion for ensuring the highest quality standards in project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the factory to ensure that the design aligns with customer specifications.
• Oversee site progress, review method statements, and ensure the quality of the contractor's work.
• Conduct installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or related engineering disciplines.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the engineering sector.
• Registering as an Electrical Worker (B0/C0/H0) with the EMSD.
• Proficiency in English, with Cantonese or Mandarin being a plus.
• Candidates with less experience or qualifications may be considered for the role of Assistant Project Engineer.

Day-to-day:

• Engage in design discussions and provide technical input.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Liaise with stakeholders to address any technical queries or concerns.
