Job Responsibilities 

• Assist Head of Sales & Operations to oversee all the daily operational activities including local distribution services, supply chain management.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and achieve accurate and quality service standard.
• Review the operations procedure and performance standard with the teams and ensure compliance with customers and company’s requirements.
• Responsible in developing training programs for staff and contractors for full compliance of operating procedures and meeting the services level agreements.
• Monitor the manpower scheduling to ensure they are deployed in a cost-effective manner.
• Prepare and generate operational performance report for senior management review.
• Be conversant with the company’s emergency and accident procedures and take the lead during the event of emergency and accident activation.
• Follow up the operations irregularities and preclude recurrence.
• Perform any ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

• Associate degree or above in business administration / logistics management or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of operational experience, in which at least 3 years at supervisory level
• Minimum 3 years driving experience and familiar with HK transport activities.
• Possess excellent management and people skills to drive successful implementation.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and able to work with different levels of staff.
• Devoted and willing to work hands-on with a positive attitude.
• Mature and able to work under pressure.
• Able to communicate effectively in Cantonese. 
• PC Knowledge in MS applications (Word, Excel)
