Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of supply chain management, ensuring seamless product delivery to our customers.
  • Monitor and enhance product flows between third-party warehouses and clients.
  • Proactively manage and escalate any service deviations in supply shipments.
  • Track sales orders and inventory movements processed by 3PL providers, ensuring alignment with commercial agreements and standard procedures.
  • Foster strong communication with internal stakeholders to boost 3PL performance and enhance internal customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiarity with customer service transactional processes.
  • Expertise in inventory management practices, with essential knowledge of SAP SOTC & PTP.
  • Experience in data analysis is a plus!
