What you’ll be doing?

 

1. Mainly handle Master Shipment Docs (Courier)
2. Master Shipment Labeling
3. Master Shipment combining
4. Contact courier for pick up daily
5. Contact Customer Support for any issues of Master Shipment
6. Monitoring the shipping materials (order the shipping materials - Plastic Bag, Envelope, Blank AWB, Labels)
7. Import and Export declaration
8. Perform ad-hoc jobs as assigned 

Who are we looking for?

 

• Form 5 or above 
• Minimum 1 year of Shipping experience 
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, and able to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good command in MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
   
• You will have an advantage if you are/ have
  • With Tradelink Import/ Export declaration experience
  • With experience in the garment field
