Responsibilities:
 

• Support curators to organise and manage exhibition and activities
• Follow up logistics and administration work with working partners and other organisations
• Liaise with appointed contractors and mange the exhibition ambassadors
• Draft, edit and proofread bilingual texts for community art projects
• Answer public enquires on community art projects
• Manage the social media platforms
• Compile exhibition information

Job requirements:
 

• Degree holder
• Achieved Level 5 in English Language and Level 4 in Chinese Language, in HKDSE or equivalent
• At least 2 years' relevant working experience in local museum or art organisation
• Experience in coordinating gallery ambassadors/docents is preferred
• Knowledge of and experience in social media management, video editing and publishing and print production will be an advantage
