Job Responsibilities

• Supplier sourcing, evaluation, cost and trading terms negotiation.
• Work with suppliers, overseas buyers, designers, engineers and follow up project schedule from parts introduction to Mass production.  
• Support the purchasing function to relevant factory and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations.
• Price analysis and negotiation. Examining existing business, and finding ways to reduce  procurement costs.
• Monitor and advise on any issues which present risk or opportunity to the organisation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers. 
• Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications.
• Audit process at production sites and provide quality improvement guidance to suppliers.

Job Requirements

• Min 3~5 years of technical sales or equivalent experience 
• Have knowledge of quality control 
• Have experience negotiating with business partners 
• People who is willing to travel overseas (PRC, Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, Korea, Vietnam, India)
• Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Able to speak Japanese definitely an advantage
