Job Position: Project Management Specialist

Job Responsibilities
- Lead project management activities for the whole company, including development of project process plans and in-depth level user requirement dicussion with internal stakeholders and clients
- Mentor in managing project risks, ensuring proactive measures are implemented and that project milestones are effectively met
- Manage warehouse engineering project end-to-end including hardware and software solutions
- Conduct project planning including scope of work, budget, schedule, internal resources and subcontracting services
- Deliver solution design to customer with solution planner and software expert
- Manage supply chain and logistics for materials required for project delivery
- Oversee hardware installation and software implementation through deployment, testing and go-live phases
- Develop strong customer relationship
- Prepare for weekly progress report for project team
Qualifications
- Degree or related certification in engineering, project management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of extensive project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully handling projects in the automation fields for 3PL or government
- Have sound knowledge in AutoCAD; familiarity with WMS or IT infrastructure is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on implementing best practices to ensure successful delivery of different-scale initiatives
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
- Frequent onsite travel is required to support project execution / issue fixingPreferable 3 years of project management experience.
