About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary Leader to lead the development of our new business in virtual asset management (VA) and carry the vision to grow our business into the leading virtual asset management services in Hong Kong.

Job Description

• Responsible Officer for SFC Type 9 regulated activities, with a core focus on virtual asset management (VA)
• Fully responsible for the planning, organization, management and implementation of the company's strategy in VA Management
• Lead the launch of new investment products – VA, and ensure delivery of investment performance according to established risk and return targets for each portfolio
• Responsible for leading the team to explore the market, tap the market demand, implement and complete the performance target, and be responsible for the company's revenue, profit and other targets; 
• Monitor trading activities and conduct regular compliance reviews and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks 
• Drive the guidance and leadership in abreast of regulation development, and oversight of effective compliance policies and procedures

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Business or Banking or any related disciplines in the eligible universities under the Top Talent Pass Scheme 
• 3 to 5 years of solid experience in Virtual Asset Management, with experience in Asian and International countries is a must
• Current SFC registered RO for license 9
• Experience in Crypto / Blockchain is highly desired
• Independent with minimal supervision, self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin); 
• Immediate available will definitely be an advantage
