Manage customer accounts, prepare quotations and handle customer inquiries
Process sales orders and purchase orders on a timely and accurate manner
Manage the inventory allocation
Maintain good relationship with customers and suppliers
Prepare the monthly report and assist the manager in the administration of the Sales Team
Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or business-related discipline
Min. 5 years relevant experience as Inside Sales/ Sales Coordination/ Customer Service is preferred
With experience in connectivity or telecommunication industry is an advantage
Quick learner on products & services with good presentation to customers
Experience in EPICOR system is an advantage
Good analytical mind, well organization skills and good communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (eg. Excel - Vlookup and Pivot Table)
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese - Mandarin
Short notice period is preferred
