Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the company's full set of accounts and preparation of financial statements to ensure compliant and reasonable operations. 負責公司會計、資金管理、編製財務報表等財務管理工作，確保公司營運合理符合；
• Handle the company’s financial accounts (e.g., accounts receivable and payable, inter-company balance reconciliation), ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and third-party audit requirements.負責公司財務帳務處理（如應收帳款及應付帳款，公司間餘額對帳），確保帳目符合國際會計標準及第三方審計要求；
• Analyze and process business data, oversee auditing functions, and manage financial operations. 負責公司業務資料處理分析，審核監督職能，財務管理工作；
• Timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and related tax filings, coordinating with tax authorities, business departments, and banks. 按時完成月度、季度、年度財務報表編制及相關稅務申報工作，對外協調公司與稅務部門、工商部門、銀行部門的關係；
• Prepare and ensure that Financial Reporting Review (FRR) reports meet company standards and FRR standards. 準備並確保財務報告審查（FRR）報告符合公司標準和FRR標準；
• Participate in optimizing accounting workflows to enhance data management and improve the quality and efficiency of reporting data. 參與優化會計工作流程，以加強數據管理並提高報告數據的品質和效率；
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. 完成上級下發的其他工作。
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, financial management, or related fields; graduates from QS100 institutions preferred. 會計或財務管理等相關專業，本科或以上學歷，QS100院校畢業優先；
• Over 3 years of experience in corporate group finance or auditing in accounting firms; experience in investment banking, Big Four auditing, and working in Hong Kong is preferred. 3年以上從事公司集團財務職位或會計師事務所審計工作經驗，有投行、四大審計經驗及香港工作經驗優先；
• Familiar with corporate financial management processes, consolidation report preparation, and internal control system construction. 熟悉企業財務管理流程、合併報表製作、內部控制度建置；
• Familiarity with FlexSystem and experience with FION preferred. 需熟悉FlexSystem及具備FION經驗者佳；
• Solid knowledge of accounting and financial management, and familiarity with Hong Kong tax laws and regulations. 具備紮實的會計專業知識，財務管理知識，熟悉香港財稅法律規範；
• Optimistic, diligent, strong resilience, responsibility, good professional ethics, teamwork spirit, and communication skills. 樂觀、勤奮、有較強的抗壓性和責任感，有良好的專業操守，團隊協作精神和溝通合作意識；
• Understanding of common practices and regulations in financial institutions/securities, with a deep understanding of stocks, financial products, and derivatives. 了解金融機構/證券的常見做法和法規，對股票、金融產品和衍生性商品有深刻理解，
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. 良好的英語、粵語和國語書寫及口語能力；
• Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for the Senior Accountant position. 經驗較豐富的候選人將被考慮擔任高級會計師職位。
