Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise mid-year and annual financial audits and work as a key interface with external auditors for all audit related matters.
   监督年中和年度财务审计，并就所有审计相关事宜与外部审计师进行重要沟通。
2. Prepare Financial Notes and assist in preparing MD&A and other sections in the listed company’s Interim Report and Annual Report.
   准备财务附注并协助准备上市公司中期报告和年报中的MD&A等部分。
3. Supervise and streamline daily accounting operations including cash and disbursement management and manage monthly accounting closings.
   监督和简化日常会计业务，包括现金和支出管理，并管理每月会计结账。
4. Manage valuation developments for equity investments and ECL calculations for debt investments.
   管理股权投资的估值发展和债务投资的预期信用损失计算。
5. Oversee annual audits and tax returns for Hong Kong and offshore companies as well as subsidiaries in mainland China.
   监督香港和离岸公司以及中国大陆子公司的年度审计和税务申报。
6. Assist in preparing annual budgets and developing financial planning and forecasts.
   协助准备年度预算并制定财务规划和预测。
7. Participate in constructing reliable internal control and strengthening regulatory compliance to safeguard company’s assets and improve effectiveness and efficiency of operations.   
   参与建立可靠的内部控制并加强监管合规性，以保护公司资产并提高营运的有效性和效率。
8. Render technical assessments, advice, and counsel for implementation of new accounting rules and due diligence of new investment projects.
   为新会计准则的实施和新投资项目的尽职调查提供技术评估、建议和咨询。
9. Other ad-hoc tasks as required. 
   根据需要办理的其他临时任务。
10. Has Knowledge of monthly Returns on Financial Resources Rules (FRR) for reporting to the SFC is another advantage.
    具FRR经验者为另一优势。

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent, HKICPA is preferred
   大学会计，财务或相关专业毕业，具有HKICPA注册会计师资格者优先。
2. A minimum of 5 years related listed financial / investment company management experience and also have investment project experience is a must.
   五年以上香港上市金融公司/投资财务管理经验和有投资项目经验，曾任会计，财务经理或以上职务者优先。
3. Well versed in HKFRS and HKEX listing rules, especially Chapter 21 and familiar with mainland China accounting rules, tax laws and business practices.
   精通香港上市公司条例以(主要21章)及香港会计准则相关规定，熟悉香港上市公司审计要求和流程以及具有编制上市公司年报经验者优先。了解中国大陆会计规则、税法及商业条例。
4. Good knowledge in Excel and accounting systems, FlexSystem experience is preferred.
   精通公司日常会计业务和月度结账，熟悉金融资产估值方法，具有Flex会计系统操作经验者优先。
5. Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin, fluent Mandarin is preferred.
   精通英语、中文和普通话的书面及口语，流利普通话为优先。
6. Detail-oriented, well-organized, problem solver and good leadership, communication, and people skills.
   注重细节，组织能力强，善于解决问题，具备良好的领导能力、沟通能力和人际交往能力。
