Job Description

• Be the first respondent for in-coming calls and contact target audiences in a professional manner
• Follow up inbound and outbound leads
• Provide sales admin support including data entry, lead distribution, etc.
• Provide after-sales support to colleagues and customers
• Maintain showroom tidiness and customer excellence experience
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder or above in all disciplines (Fresh graduate are welcome)
• Customer-oriented, positive and willing to take challenges
• Proficient in written & spoken English & Chinese
• Overseas study/working experience is a plus
