About the role

Join the dynamic team at Thinking Group Holding Limited as our Product Marketing Executive. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the marketing and promotion of our cutting-edge products to new and existing customers. Based in the vibrant Kwun Tong District, you will play a key part in shaping the future success of our organization.
 

What you'll be doing
1. Strategic Market & Brand Collaboration

•  Conduct market research and competitive analysis to shape product strategies (pricing, launch timelines, inventory planning)
•  Work with brand manufacturers to align annual procurement goals and identify exclusive marketing opportunities.
• Track product performance across key metrics (sales, inventory turnover, profitability) to optimize lifecycle stages

2. Integrated Campaign Management

• Develop end-to-end launch campaigns, including: 
  o Crafting product USPs and storytelling
  o Coordinating KOL/influencer partnerships
  o Creating scenario-based marketing content (e.g., demo videos, usage guides)
• Design quarterly marketing roadmaps with clear KPIs and budget plans
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics in real-time

3. Market Intelligence & Adaptation

• Build competitor monitoring systems and publish monthly trend reports
• Share actionable insights with sales and marketing teams (e.g., demand forecasting, promo opportunities)
• Collaborate on trade show/exhibition strategies to showcase product advantages

4. Cross-Team Collaboration

• Support sales teams by sharing product features and campaign details
• Collaborate with designers to refresh product listings on e-commerce sites (e.g., HKTV, Pinkoi, Price.com)
• Participate in post-launch reviews to share customer feedback for future improvements

What we're looking for

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or brand management is an advantage
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Canva/Adobe tools
• Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
• Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
• Strong negotiation skills for collaborating with manufacturers/brands
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
