Job Summary :

The Product Specialist will be responsible for promoting cardiovascular medical devices, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and supporting the sales team to drive market penetration and product adoption. This role requires strong technical knowledge, strategic marketing skills, and excellent communication abilities to engage with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Promotion : Develop and execute product marketing strategies to increase awareness and adoption of cardiovascular products among healthcare professionals.
• Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, surgeons, and hospital procurement teams, providing technical product support and clinical education.
• Market Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and enhance product positioning.
• Training & Education : Conduct training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals and internal sales teams to ensure proper understanding and usage of the products.
• Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business targets by providing technical expertise and strategic insights.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree or above in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical sales/marketing, preferably with a focus on cardiovascular products.
• Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of cardiovascular diseases, treatment solutions, and market trends.
• Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to engage with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals effectively.
• Language Proficiency : Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Other Requirements : Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
