Responsibilities

• Provide support and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure the smooth execution of marketing activities.
• To assist in planning, organizing and executing various marketing activities.
• Support the preparation and delivery of materials for summer courses.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to marketing team.
• Handle marketing operational duties including internal and external customer inquiries, systematic depository of reports, analytics and budget, etc.
• Perform ad-hoc works and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or postgraduate students in any discipline
• Proficiency in MS Office application
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibilities and willing to learn
• Team player with a “can do” attitude
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese 
• Good communication and coordination skills
