The Senior Engineer will be managing the following potential range of energy and carbon related projects:

• Retro-commissioning (RCx)
• ASHRAE or BEEO energy assessment
• Carbon Reduction roadmap
• Net Zero Carbon Feasibility/Gap analysis
• Energy management service
• Data analytics for buildings

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct energy audit, carbon audit, Retro-commissioning projects
• Perform energy assessments
• Conducting site assessment on different types of equipment
• Perform engineering analysis and produce assessment report
• Perform feasibility studies and financial assessment for energy saving projects
• Project coordination and energy opportunity implementation
• Provide energy saving project implementation support
• Design and provide support in measurement and verification (M&V) program
• Prepare tender submission, subcontract, and safety documents
• Liaison with contractors on equipment pricing and specifications
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors and internal project team to plan, schedule and meet all contract programmes and requirements
• Perform design review for HVAC, mechanical and electrical system based on existing standards and guidelines to achieve higher energy efficiency
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking exercise
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of sales & marketing plan

The Successful candidate would ideally have

• At least 5 years of experience in energy management or similar field
• A relevant engineering qualification in
• Mechanical
• Electrical
• Process Engineering
• Experience in energy auditing would be preferable
