Responsibilities:

• Potential site searching and identifying for the expansion of chain store network
• Handle leasing enquiries and tenancy liaison, marketing and all tenancy matters, including renewal negotiation and marketing analysis compilation
• Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth opening of new stores
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• High diploma or above in Building Study/Property management or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years working experience in commercial leasing 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
• Proficiency in PC knowledge including MS Office
• Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese. Knowledge of Japanese is a plus. 
• Candidate with more experience will be consider as Senior Leasing Officer
