Job Duties:

• Play a pivotal role in executing orders across various equity markets (HK, US, Mainland) and futures markets (HK and Global), ensuring precision and compliance with financial regulations.
• Respond to customer trade requests with professionalism and manage portfolio risks effectively to optimize client satisfaction and trust.
• Perform daily checks to ensure all tasks are compliant with regulatory standards, maintaining our reputation for integrity and excellence.
• Engage in ad hoc projects as required, showcasing your versatility and problem-solving skills.
• Work closely with team members to enhance service standards and increase departmental productivity, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Be adaptable to working night shifts, supporting the global nature of our operations and international client base.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Equities and Futures markets
• Must hold an SFC license for Type 1 and Type 2 regulated activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related disciplines.
• Advanced skills in Bloomberg and familiarity with various algo-trading platforms.
• Strong intrinsic motivation with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
• Good command of both English and Chinese, with a particular emphasis on fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Strong collaboration skills and commitment to team success.
