Our client is a top-tier leading multinational financial services organization with envious market share worldwide.  Due to their strategic plans ahead, our client is looking for a diligent IT Support Specialist to join their team.  This role starts off as a 12 months contract position, with a view to extend or convert into a permanent headcount.

As an  IT Support Specialist , you will be responsible for the following:- 

  • Windows Migration: Assist in the seamless migration of systems from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
  • Helpdesk Support: Provide first-line support for IT-related issues, troubleshoot hardware/software problems, and ensure minimal downtime for users.
  • Collaboration:  Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and user training.
  • Documentation:  Create and update technical documentation as needed.

To be considered for this position as an  IT Support Specialist , you possess the following:-

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Prior experience with Windows 7 to Windows 10 migration.
  • Proven background in helpdesk or technical support, with excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Great communication skills in English and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
