Our client is a top-tier leading multinational financial services organization with envious market share worldwide.  Due to their strategic plans ahead, our client is looking for an innovative and diligent DevOps Engineer to join their team.  This role starts off as a 12 months contract position, with a view to extend or convert into a permanent headcount.

As an  DevOps Engineer , you will be responsible for the following:- 

• Chatbot Development:  Design, deploy, and optimize chatbot solutions on ServiceNow, incorporating AI models like ChatGPT to enhance user interaction.
• DevOps Practices:  Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for chatbot deployment and ensure robust, scalable infrastructure.
• Collaboration:  Work with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and improve chatbot performance and service delivery.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting:  Oversee chatbot performance, address operational issues, and continuously improve reliability and functionality.

To be considered for this position as an  DevOps Engineer , you possess the following:-

• University degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Chatbot development and integrating AI solutions like ChatGPT.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management concepts.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
