Liaise and communicate between users, IT application teams and various parties for BAU, projects, new products, complex system enhancements, compliance, and business initiatives.
Manage business requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
Responsible for Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specifications Review, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Test (UAT), Functionality Testing, Regression Testing, User Training, System Change Request, System Interfaces, Reporting and participation in all phases of system development life cycle.
Analyze and follow up production problems; data extraction and interpretation.
Communicate with external partners; manage IT issues / incident internally.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
Ability to derive sensible technical solutions to fulfill business requirements and needs.
Ability to communicate business requirements with developers.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills with business acumen.
Good time management and coordination skills.
Degree holder in Computer Science, Business or related disciplines.
Experience in business analysis or system development in insurance or financial sector for a minimum of 5 years.
Extensive knowledge of life insurance products and operations, life insurance administration system and perpheral applications, web portal and applications.
Experience in LIFE/Asia, MS SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, internet applications are preferred.
Team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
Good language command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (able to read and write Traditional Chinese).
