Our client is a fast-growing group with investment and property management group and is now seeking an  IT Infrastructure Manager (HKD50k – 58k) to join their growing team in HK.

Job Accountabilities

• Tasked with the development and execution of IT infrastructure that aligns with the strategic goals of the organization. This role includes evaluating the existing infrastructure, pinpointing opportunities for enhancements, and planning overall upgrades.
• Oversee vendor management to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure projects, adhering to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include evaluating solutions, conducting proofs of concept (POC) and proofs of value (POV), implementing projects, establishing service level agreements (SLAs), facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT), launching production, and providing ongoing maintenance support.
• Supervise the architecture, rollout, and upkeep of IT infrastructure, which encompasses networks, servers, storage, and systems. Ensure that the infrastructure remains dependable, secure, and optimized to fulfill business needs.
• Keep detailed documentation of the infrastructure, including network schematics, system settings, inventory lists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Prepare regular performance reports regarding the infrastructure.
• Guarantee that all infrastructure systems meet security policy requirements through routine audits and assessments. Work alongside the IT security team to develop incident response strategies and mitigation plans for any security incidents (e.g., Security Risk Assessment and Analysis, Vulnerability Management).
• Ensure adherence to applicable security standards and regulations. Assist in implementing necessary security measures and conduct regular audits and risk evaluations of the infrastructure.

 Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology/ Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of working experience with solid track record of successful delivery of IT Infrastructure in project & vendor management role
• Solid experience on Microsoft AD and AAD, M365, Email Security, Network, Server & Storage
• Solid experience on managing and provisioning large-scale infrastructure, including DR drill, performance monitoring, capacity planning, backup & restore and etc.
• Familiarity with public and private cloud platforms, such as Azure, AWS, Alibaba cloud and etc.
• Familiarity with EDR, PAM, DLP, SIEM is a plus  
• Prior working experience in sizable public organizations or quasi-government organizations is a plus
• Excellent command of verbal & written English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
