  Job Description:

· Handle and follow up on clients' inquiries on account opening and trading platforms in a professional manner

· Handle client on-boarding, document checking processes, and conduct KYC review to comply with SFC for account opening procedures 

· Liaise with the marketing department to conduct digital marketing activities, eg. SOE, SEM and official website maintenance 

· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned 

  Requirements: 

· Degree Holder or above in Business Administration or related discipline 

· Minimum 2 years experience in financial institutions 

· Candidates with SFC License Type 1 & 2 are preferred

· Fluency in spoken Putonghua 

· Excellent computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint

· Candidates with less experience will be considered for a junior post 

· Welcome IANG, Working Visa Candidate
