I am looking for a System Analyst / Tech Lead for an insurance client to handle the Mobile app and Web app project. This team is a stable and flexible team with excellent culture. This company offers 2 days WFH per week, and work-life balance for the candidates.

Due to an urgent need to support on-going projects, this role will be starting on a 6-month renewable contract, which includes medical insurance and the potential for conversion to a permanent position.
 

Role:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java and ReactJS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design solutions.
• Conduct system analysis to ensure applications meet performance and security standards.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on system architecture.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to explain technical concepts and project progress.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in software development in Insurance sector 
• Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English is a must
